The Experience

What's in store for me at Fiesta Latina Summer 2024 ? Fiesta Latina is THE hottest event of the summer and invites you to experience a programme packed with exotic delights over the weekend: live concerts, DJ sets, Lucha Libre fights, a strolling batuqueria show, food trucks, dance classes and much more.
Where is the experience located? At the Carrefour des Attelages, in the Bois de la Cambre in Brussels.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors? Outside.
How long does the event last?

  • Saturday 07/09 : 12:00 - 01:00
  • Sunday 08/09 : 12:00 - 22:00
Is air conditioning available inside the venue? No, this is an outdoor event.
Can I use my camera during the experience? Please feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please ensure that you do not disturb other visitors. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Will there be food and drink for sale on site? Yes, there will be over 90 mercadillos stalls at the festival to give you a taste of South American flavours, not forgetting the many bars where you can quench your thirst with delicious cocktails.
Is alcohol prohibited?

No, alcohol is available at various stands throughout the festival.

However, it is forbidden to enter the festival with bottles of alcohol or otherwise.
Can I smoke or vapourise? Yes, this is an outdoor event.
Is there a cloakroom or lockers? No.
Are there toilets on site? There are 4 toilet areas available, on either side of the festival site. Use of the toilets is free of charge.
Will chairs be available during the experience? Will there be places to sit? There will be chill-out areas where you can sit down.
Will there be strobe lights? No.

Access

What is the minimum age requirement?

No, the festival is open to everyone.

Children under 12 can enter the festival free of charge.
How far in advance should I arrive? You can arrive at any time if you have a ticket.
Are pets allowed? Yes, you can bring your cat or dog.
What should I do if I have questions about accessibility/special facilities?

We pay particular attention to people with reduced mobility.

We recommend that you enter the festival via Entrance 2 (Avenue de Flore), which is more accessible and less busy. You'll find an accessible toilet in the toilet area near the Main Stage. The festival grounds are flat, so you won't have any trouble getting around.
Are wheelchairs available for hire? No.
Are guide dogs allowed? Yes.
Can I get there by public transport?

The festival site is a 15-minute walk from nearby bus/tram lines.

Is there a car park nearby?

Free parking is available in and around the Bois de la Cambre.

Please respect local residents and do not park in front of their garage or on the pavement in front of their property.

The parking areas are located on Avenue de Flore and Avenue de Diane, after the security barriers that separate the south of the Bois.

Outside these areas, you are liable to be fined by the police.

You can also park on: Avenue Franklin Roosevelt, Avenue Victoria, Avenue Lloyd George, Avenue Louise and the large parallel to Avenue Roosevelt on the Ixelles side (please note that this is a blue zone).

Where can I buy tickets?

  • On the Fever website.
Who are the official ticket sellers for this experience? Official tickets for this experience can only be obtained on Fever. Tickets are not available from other websites or ticket offices.
What is your refund/exchange policy? Tickets are non-refundable. The terms and conditions of non-refundability are agreed prior to purchase. In specific circumstances, we can help you reschedule your tickets to another date and session still available. Please contact us for more information. Please remember to quote your ticket ID number.
Do I have to print my ticket? No, your electronic tickets will be validated directly from the Fever application.
Do you offer preferential rates for groups? No.
